Many want to make the decision to drink less or even go completely alcohol free, but it can be challenging. From having no support, friends who don't understand and still encourage you to drink, and difficulty breaking old habits of relying on alcohol at the end of the day to "wind down" and relax. I created this community for those reasons. After 20+ years in the health, fitness, and wellness industry, I know how impactful having a supportive community can be for success.

In this private membership, I will share:

•    tips for social situations
•    handling responses to others about your decisions
•    alternatives to alcohol
•    the relationship between alcohol and high functioning depression
