Alcohol Free Living

I have been alcohol free for over 12 years now. It started because I found out I was pregnant and during those nine months I was able to really look into why I had been drinking. My relationship with alcohol was interesting. I wouldn't classify myself as an alcoholic, but I definitely had an unhealthy relationship with alcohol. After having our daughter, I'd say that was the hardest year of my alcohol free journey. It got easier with every passing year. I had zero support. My husband still drinks and I am around alcohol often - with ZERO desire to have any.

I welcome you to come to explore a life without alcohol. Everyone is different and the journey will also vary. Maybe you start by just cutting back on your alcohol consumption. This is a no-judgment, self-paced space you can come to for support as you navigate your way through this new chapter of your life.

Alcohol Free Living

I know many want to make the decision to drink less or even go completely alcohol free, but it can be challenging. From having no support, friends who don't understand and still encourage you to drink, and difficulty breaking old habits of relying on alcohol at the end of the day to "wind down" and relax. I created this community for those reasons. After 20+ years in the health, fitness, and wellness industry, I know how impactful having a supportive community can be for success.

Here I will share:

  • things you can expect along this journey that isn't often talked about
  • the effects of alcohol on your body and health
  • tips for social situations
  • handling responses to others about your decisions
  • alternatives to alcohol
  • the relationship between alcohol and high functioning depression

There will be monthly group calls just to chat and hang out, as well as guest speakers.  This exclusive membership group will be a space for:

  • educational information to bring awareness to alcohol and its impact on your body and health
  • somewhere you feel safe to open up with others going through similar life experiences
  • nurturing growth and personal development
  • making connections and building a community of like-minded individuals
